One evening, I decided to unwind at the Viva Eufemia Lobby Bar. The atmospheric setting was perfect for sipping a creative cocktail while enjoying the serene views of the old town. The staff was helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience as I observed the blend of flavors in the drink. Perhaps what stood out the most was the laid-back charm of the restaurant. After a day exploring the pebbled beaches of Katarina Island, I found the Lovor Restaurant to be an ideal stop for refreshing myself with a delightful pasta dish that harmoniously complemented the local wines. From my suite with breathtaking views to the immersive culinary adventures, the Grand Park Hotel in Rovinj continues to be a yearly highlight in my travels-each visit unveiling new layers of experience within this picturesque coastal gem.
